The outlines of PRIMIST’s vision and mission are as follows:

• To identify rare locations in distinguished areas of Istanbul and to develop high investment value projects based on rational themes
• The projects will mainly be sold upon completion of the construction works and thus maximum project profits will be realized.
• Minimum of 50% return on investments will be aimed, based on US$ evaluations.
• The targeted maximum duration for completion of construction and realization of sales is 30 months following investment.
• Architectural projects and turn-key completion of construction works will be performed by experienced and contractors with well proven records.
